Privacy policy
This site is a portfolio. It has no account, no database and no form, so it cannot keep anything about you.
This page describes the little that is processed anyway, and by whom.

What the site collects
Nothing you have to type. No page carries a field, and nothing is sent to a server as you browse.
Three kinds of processing exist all the same, and only those:
- The host’s technical logs: IP address, date, page requested, browser. They are produced by the simple act of serving a page and are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Audience measurement, only if you accept it in the banner — see the next section.
- The content of the messages you choose to send, by mail or by phone.
Audience measurement
Audience measurement only loads after your explicit consent, and the banner opens with refusal and consent at the same rank. Until you accept, no measurement script is present in the page.
The tools are Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. They set no cookie, keep no IP address and follow nobody from one site to the next: the first counts page views, referrers and device types, the second measures how fast pages load, always in aggregate.
You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the page.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets one cookie, and only if you switch language: “lang”, which remembers the language you chose for a year so the site opens in it on your next visit. No measurement, tracking or advertising cookie.
It also uses three local storage keys:
- “theme”: the theme you chose — light, dark or automatic.
- “sound”: whether you turned the site’s sounds off or back on.
- “consent-audience”: your answer to the banner, so it is not asked twice.
These three keys stay in your browser, are never sent anywhere, and disappear if you clear the site’s data.
Booking
The calendar on the About page is computed in your browser, which only asks the site which slots are already taken.
When you click “Book this slot”, the date and time you picked are sent to the site, which holds that slot so nobody else takes it at the same moment. Nothing else is recorded: no name, no email address, no number. The button then opens your mail client with a pre-filled message you remain free to edit or not to send. The meeting is only confirmed once you have had a reply.
The message carries a Google Calendar link. It is only followed if you click it, and Google’s privacy policy applies from there. It also carries two links, meant for the publisher, to confirm or release the slot; they hold only the slot and a random identifier.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold, nor transferred, nor used for advertising. Only these are involved:
- The host, Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, United States, to serve the pages.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, for audience measurement, and only if you accepted it.
- Upstash, which stores held slots — a date and a time, with nothing that identifies you.
- The mail provider, for the mails you send.
Some of these providers are established outside the European Union. The corresponding transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention periods
- Host’s technical logs: kept by the host under its own policy, for security purposes.
- Audience measurement: aggregated data, carrying nothing identifying, kept for the life of the subscription to the service.
- Held slots: erased after 48 hours if the meeting is not confirmed, as soon as it is declined, and at most a year later if it is.
- Mail exchanges: kept for the length of the relationship, then three years from the last contact.
Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over the data concerning you. In practice, here, that covers the mails you have sent.
To exercise them, write to blitztom1@gmail.com. You will have an answer within a month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the CNIL: 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or cnil.fr.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only: any request in the clear is redirected, and the browser is told never to try the unencrypted version again.
Changes
This policy may change if the site does. The date it was last updated is at the top of this page.
